Garage Lease

A carpenter would like to rent my one car garage He needs a place to store his tools. I have known him for more than five years and thinks he is a good person. However, I don't want to rent my garage via a verbal agreement. Therefore, I would like to know if someone would be willing to supply me with a garage lease. I have been to several stores but no one seems to have one. Thank you in advance! Pease send all responses to my email address: realent@earthlink.net.

Hi Charles,
I would take a basic rental agreement and only keep the important parts of it that will apply to the situation.
I know its a friend, but make him honor the deal and agree to late fees, and whatever the lease has to protect you. As a friend, I'm sure he'll be happy to protect you in the agreement.
