Good afternoon! My name is Jon Unger and I'm a Manager of Development at Pilgrim Studios. Are you dealing with a deadbeat tenant? Do you deal with them on a daily basis or know of an eviction force that takes care of these ungrateful, disgusting, cheap tenants for you? What crazy stories have occurred in these situations? I would love to chat with someone in regards to a show idea we've been kicking around the office.
