1. What kinds of advertising is offered on The Landlord Protection Agency site?
The LPA offers a variety of internet advertising. The LPA reserves the right to decline or remove any advertising we deem inappropriate, such as ads we consider profane or detrimental to the spirit or the success of our website. Directory and Classified ads are FREE and unlimited for LPA members. They are $5.00 per ad for non-members. Banner Link Ads in different sizes are also welcome on various pages of our site... 2. Do I have to be a member to place an ad on The LPA website?
No. All advertising on The LPA is available whether you are a member or not. Although Professional Directory, Rentals Available and Classified ads are FREE and unlimited for LPA members. |

3. How many Rentals Available (or Professional Directory) ads can I run?
There is no limit on the amount of ads an LPA member or paying customer can run. We only ask that you do not repeatedly place the same ad.

4. How do I edit my Rentals available (or Professional Directory) listings?
Once placing an ad in The LPA Professionals Directory or Rentals Available, you have the ability to log back on with your username and password, go to your ad and delete it. If you need to make a change in the ad, you can go to the ad, copy it and then replace it the way you want. For minor changes, feel free to e-mail us at info@theLPA.com with the ad information and what changes you would like. |

5. Who sees my Rentals Available listings?
The Rentals Available listings are available to see by anyone searching the Rentals available dtatbase on The LPA and they are also advertised in The National Tenant Register, a sister website of The LPA which is a free access site for tenants to view ads and place "Rentals Wanted" ads placed by tenants nationwide that landlord members of the LPA have access to view. |

6. How long do my ads run for?
The rental and professional ads can run the length of your membership or if purchased, six months unless you remove the ad sooner.

7. What is The National Tenant Register?
The NTR is a free internet web page where tenants can list their rental requirements and qualifications while landlord members of The LPA can view the information on tenants in teir areas. |

8. What are those search boxes for on The LPA homepage?
The search boxes are a direct keyword search for any of our databases. By entering a keyword, you can quickly search the Professional's Directory, Rentals Available Ads, Classified Ads and for LPA members, Tenant Histories on the Deadbeat Database. |
