How to Use this Form

The LPA Lease prohibits any witholding of rent in Lease Article # 39. This form is not only a reminder that deductions should not be made without the landlord's written cosent, but the Notice of Unauthorized Rent Deduction also advises the tenant that witholding rent is a lease violation. The balance must be brought current within a specific period of time or penalties and fees can mount in addition to the lease /rental agreement being terminated.
