Get Tough with a Strong Lease Violation Warning LetterThe Notice of Lease Violation - Strong Version (also known as a "Cure or Quit Notice") warns the tenants in no uncertain terms that you mean to enforce the lease OR ELSE ! They need to correct the listed violation(s) in order to bring their lease back into good standing. This form provides for Enforcement of Lease Violation Penalties as covered in the LPA Lease. It also provides an area on the bottom to fill out showing Method and Proof of Service. It is a serious lease enforcement document that identifies the tenants with social security numbers, the premises and the violation(s). Don’t hesitate to notify your tenants that they are in violation of their agreement. Small problems can turn into big ones if we don’t tend to them early enough. How to Use this FormThis form can be used for major and minor problems you may need to correct.
