* State of Maine required language in Termination of Tenancy Notice: "Tenant has the right to contest the termination in court." as per ((title 14, part 7, chapter 709, sub chapter 1, S6002 paragraph 2))We suggest adding: "Consultation with your real estate attorney is highly recommended."
NOTICE PERIOD TO CURE DEFAULT ON LEASE: (LPA Lease Clause # 25) -
7 days for non-payment after 7 days late
LATE CHARGES: (LPA Lease Clause # 3) - As agreed in Lease Rental Agreement.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: (LPA Lease Clause # 21) - 2 months maximum
SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURN TIME: 30 days or 21 if no written agreement (LPA Lease Clause # 22)
