I don't know what state your in but I'm pretty sure you can break the lease for job relocation.

I don't know PA law, but I know many sates law and absolutely you can not. The only way most states allow a break of lease is active military being transfered.

There is no statute in PA law that I know of that allows a lease break for a job transfer. Please cite the law statute.
