If you type "scum" into the search at the top of the forum page you will see a number of references to residual soap film. A large number also reference landlords but the largest number are landlords calling tenants scum. M-Bone and P-Bone are among the offenders. M-Bone is especially fond of the term "section 8 scum." It goes on page after page. The most egregious offender is a landlord who hides behind "Anonymous."
