I think what they said is you can give them a non-renewal of the lease and be sure to give 90 days. Maybe in the notice you would put that the reason you are not renewing the lease is because you will be moving back into your home.

wait you have to give them a notice to quit. I would tell them the reason you are not renewing is because you want to move back into your home. Then when they do not leave you file for eviction.
