She can't be off of it. She signed it and is responsible for everything that happens for the term of it.

I know that is not true. I just want the name of the form on the LPA site. I dont want useless advise from the board trouble maker. I hope I can get some truthful unopioniated help from someone as I really need it. Thank you.
