Yes Al, I already knew that. Thanks the scolding and for nothing. I liked Bill's response better. If the judge isn't going to give me any leeway why would he even ask me why I waited until the last minute, etc. ?

You liked Bill's response because it made you feel better. The law, however, doesn't care about your feelings. A judge will scold you too. You are a landlord and a business owner. You have a responsibility to be a professional and to follow the laws of your state. You did neither.
