I am going through the same trouble, however My landlord Bragged how clean my apartment was in January 2017 when conducting a walk through since the Apartment was already rented out before I have turned over the keys. They would not have to do a thing to this apartment. But yet, they made me pay a reletting fee, plus told me I Forfeit my deposit no Where on my lease does it say this, and in the 19 months I lived there my apartment flooded twice from heavy rain fall, and they never fixed the problem. I still have all pictures. Forced to have fifty pet stained smelly carpet with huge oil stains as well so glad I'm my elderly mothers care taker now, but I can not get any answers from the owners or management
