Question... had a tenant move out, when they moved in the sink had some accessories (a silicone drying rack, metal grate etc) they were not new but in good condition). These are no longer there, tenant says they tossed them as they were 'old and crusty' and abandoned property. Should I charge them for replacements out of security deposit? Checked the lease and nothing in there mentions items like this.
