I am a landlord in Staten Island, NY. I have a legal 3 family home which we bought in 1999, The home was built in the 1920's. There are no children living in the home and never has been. There is no peeling paint as we are on top of everything in the apartments. My question is do I have to comply to the XFR testing if there are no children in any of the apartments and all apartments are in excellent shape.
