"It is important to enforce the rental contract terms as soon as it is apparent that the tenant is not understanding his or her responsibilities!" - John Nuzzolese
Many landlords will purposely overlook or ignore small violations or tenant ignorance of the agreement in order to avoid "making waves" in the tenancy.
As time passes, it is common for tenants to forget some of the details and obligations they've agreed to in their lease agreement contracts. Landlords should be ready to enforce the terms of the lease whenever the tenants forget or neglect their responsibilities.
I hope you enjoy my video about the "Lease Obligations Reminder Letter"!
I'd like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for your continued support of The Landlord Protection Agency.

Electronic Rent Collection with Positive Monthly Reporting to Experian ClearNow Testimonial: "Looked into the online payment company you recommended. It is so inexpensive, I don't know why anyone wouldn't do it. It costs $14.95 for the first tenant/rental and each one thereafter is $2 per rental. Other systems wanted to eat up all my profit. I was surprised to find how inexpensive this is. I'm signing up.
Thanks for the information."
