About Gary and Cynthia Schmidt

Gary and Cynthia Schmidt have been landlords for over 20 years with hundred of tenants. They have been in the Eviction and Small Claims court for 18 years and Post-Judgment Proceedings for 16 years.

The Schmidt's had their first eviction in 1994 with Cynthia representing them in court. Cynthia noticed that the landlords were in havoc in the courtroom and as she quoted "being raked over the coals." After a couple of evictions, Cynthia ventured into the post¬-judgment proceedings to collect on the unpaid judgments. Cynthia noticed that there were no landlords in these proceedings where she was collecting all their money. That is when the Collect Back Rent Training Course was developed.
